2013- under construction, Duplex Development

 This duplex development has been design to maximise the views towards Sydney's harbour and landmarks. Design features include long windows on the ground [living] level to reduce the tunnel effect of the narrow floor plans necessitated by this development type. Finishes are warm and light in colour to increase the perception of size with timber louvres to control light and privacy.
